  • You agree to receive marketing emails when signing up for a Free Trial. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the emails.

  • If you choose to leave Choros.io, we offer a website transfer service to your new hosting system for an additional fee of £600.

  • Affiliates receive 50% of the profits from any customer they refer, earning £21 per customer per month.
  • To receive commission, the customer must sign up via the affiliate's referral link.
  • Affiliates are paid on the 25th of each month.
  • All commission payments are made via PayPal. There is no minimum payout threshold.
  • Refunds are not offered once a customer signs up, and affiliates will remain eligible for their commission even if a customer cancels or requests a refund.

  • All website designs and content provided by Choros.io remain our intellectual property until full payment for the domain and website is made.
  • You agree not to copy or repurpose any designs created by Choros.io without express permission.
  • Intellectual Property All content provided on Choros.io, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Choros.io or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

  • Choros.io ensures optimal performance for hosting and basic website maintenance.
  • We are not responsible for any changes made to the website by the customer via the CMS.
  • Clients are fully responsible for any content uploaded to their websites. Choros.io will not be held liable for any legal issues or disputes arising from customer content, including intellectual property violations.

  • Choros.io is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or reputation, arising from the use of our service.
  • We are not responsible for any downtime or interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages.

  • Choros.io reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.
  • Customers can cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for prior payments.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
